Welcome to the 3-Day Water Fasting Challenge!
We're going to ease into this challenge slowly on Day 1:
Hopefully, you ate your last meal last night around 6 pm (if not, that's fine). When you wake up, you're going to follow this protocol:
- First thing in the morning, take one scoop of the Perfect Aminos with Electrolytes in 8oz of Spring Water. (If you weren't able to get the Perfect Aminos, that's okay. Skip those and just take the Electrolytes).
- Noon: Consume one bowl (16.9 oz) organic bone broth.
- 6 PM: Consume one bowl (16.9 oz) organic bone broth.
